Hi All. I have been a member of PlayFirst since 2006. During this time, the only promotion I bought was the Diner Dash Pass. I am also a member of Big Fish Games for a long time and have been subscribing to the Monthy Club for about 2 years now. The reason for getting a monthy subscription to Big Fish and not to PlayFirst is because the price is much cheaper each month and I do not have to pay any extra money to purchase a game other than that monthly fee. I am getting tired of Big Fish"s selection of games and plan to cancel my subscription now.
 
I love the games PlayFirst offers and have a great relationship with them by being a VIP and a Sneak-Peak member and am considering joining their PlayPass membership. My concern is that it is very expensive. Am I correct in reading the Terms correctly that we pay $9.95 a month AND another $9.95 when we purchase the game? Hopefully, this is NOT correct, because then we are paying full cost.
 
Also, I have read every thread pertaining to the PlayPass option and everyone just seems so confused when it comes to a different situation or problem. BigFish is really easy to deal with. Is PlayPass the same? Does it cost $9.95 a month or does it turn out to be more? I would like to get DinerTown Tycoon, but what EXACTLY will it cost me if I join PlayPass? What if I want to get a  second game within the same month? How much will that cost me? I think I can cancel at any time, but is there now an obligation?
 
In essence, why is it so difficult to understand and get a straight answer? Will I regret it? So many people in the threads seem to.

There is two options the 13.95 a month which that inclused the add ons at a discount for the Hometown Diner games they put out. Or the 9.95 a month and that is just for the games no add ons.
 
They charge me once a month for 13.95 and play gold goes into my account .  When a game I want comes out I just use my playgold to buy the game.
 
Since you want the 9.95 deal once a month they will add 995 play gold to your account.  When you buy a game they jsut take the playgold from your account.  You are NOT charged 9.95 per month plus another 9.95 if you buy a game.
 
It's just like bf and their credits.
 
Now, if there is two games you want in a month example say Diner Tycoon and lets say WD 3 comes out if you do not have enough playgold in your account to cover the second one they will charge your credit card just 9.95 .
 
It's exactly like BF if u buy a game and dont ahve a credit for it they charge you whatever amount your membership is for that credit.
 
 
 
I use to have BF but I ended up cancelling my account because of all the HOG's they are putting out . So I just have memberships here and Shockwave.
 
me personally I think PF games are so worth the 9.95 being a play pass memeber.
1. u get the games before the public does
2. medals
3. high scores especially the TM games
