First question, after you complete each level of a game you can submit your scores to PF &yuo will be given the medals for each level. In Dairy Dash it's each farm you complete. There is also medals for expert in all levels & produce you collect.
2nd question- You can play demos. Just click on games at top of PF web site. Some games you can play for a limited of time on the internet. Others you can download into your computer & play for an hour. You can then decide if you want to buy. I do that all the time before I buy a game. You avoid wasting money. Hope this helps.
