I was wondering how do you get expert on Joieville level 10? I have tried a lot of times and I can't get expert. Please help! I really want to get the expert medal.

Did you read the tips in the "joeswife" thread a few spaces below here?
 
Mrey helped me get expert on the last half of the game. 
 
You really have to learn to change the mannequin often to get the most money out of the customers.

Bring back the PF quality and customer service we love.
