Hi, If by upgrade, you mean make a different set of chocs. You have to pay for the upgrade on any factory. it will say something like you are not currently set up for this type - do you want to make? it will cost $$$$$$.  Once you buy in you can make whatever you want.  I usually set half  of my machines to do bars and infusions and all of the machines to make  truffles and exoctics and keep one on sauces and one on Pralines.

If we all felt at peace with ourselves, imagine how the world would be.
