how do i get his spell?

Hi Coolthang55!

Before going into Frogman's villa, use the Woodsia spell on Sawhorse. That way, you and Sawhorse will be lifted up, and you could see Frogman in his room. You will then finish collecting the word pieces for the Teleportrait spell. Go inside. Use the magic paintbrush to draw your picture on Frogman's portrait (when he is out of the room) . Then use the Teleportrait spell to teleport into the picture. You will then be able to get the files needed by the Tinman for Frogman's case. Once you've given the files to Tinman, he will help you get to the Winkie Ravine to free the Wicked Witch from her stone.

i am in the picture now.. but i can't get out.. can anyone help me.. when i use the teleportrait spell on petra.. it says "no effect".. what can i do?

Perhaps you need to "reverse" the Teleportrait spell? *hinthint* ;)

Try use Teleportait spell on the painting, not Petra
