I was having the same problem I e-mailed playfirst with a copy of the confermation letter  from trial play and then I had to look in my profile....
when you sign in on the top right where your avitar and screen name is click on your screen name then it will show your medls..on the left side of the page you will find " Get my unlock key"
click on that and it should give you the unlock key to unlock your trial version you downloaded.
