Is there going to be a Plantasia 2?

Well, the game _does_ hint at the possibility of a prequel, as some story snippets suggest Holly had a significant task, not yet covered, to get up to this point.

I really wish there would be, I mean really and truly...anyone to email about a plantasia 2??

Plantasia is a GREAT game.
So is Egg vs. Chicken!
Plantasia was developed by GameLab FOR PlayFirst, so unless PlayFirst wanted to make a sequel, I don't think GameLab could make it.
Love the game though! =)

I hope so.  Either a prequal, or a continuation of Holly and Jack's adventures in the garden, either one would be nice.  Maybe by the time I score expert on every level in the game, they'll actually put one out, lol.

Maybe it's just me, but there are a couple of features that would be nice to see in Plantasia 2 (should they ever make it) that would have helped the original a little.
 
1. Sometimes I'm trying to buy the rain spell and buy a wheelbarrel spell, instead.  It would be nice to have the option to sell back a spell that you didn't mean to buy for 1/2 the original cost.

2. Yeah, I'm sure they figured with endless mode, it wasn't neccissary for story mode, and/or that this would make the game too easy, but it would be nice if we had the option durring story mode to buy a little extra time, but with a limit of how many times we can do that, because it's annoying to be 100 points away from the goal, just to have the time run out on you.
