Wedding Dash 2 - level 3.8  It took a few tries, but I finally got expert on this level. 
Round 1:
Dove Table:  Do not sit anyone until Uncle Ernie gets red around the edges.  Start picking up gifts while waiting for Derek and the Twins.  Confetti after they are all seated or as needed.

Champagne as needed.  I used it twice on this round, and got extra points for more photos, wine, and music.
 
Round 2:  Confetti after seated or as needed.

Uncle Norbit
 
Make sure you feed Norbit and Diane first because they eat very slowly.
 
Flower Table:  Confetti after seated or as needed.
