I was not able to make expert on the other post for level 4.1; however, I was able to do so with the folowing changes:
 
Round 1
 
Top (left to right)- twins, Jane, Ernie
Bottom- Derek, Charles, Madison, Norbit
 
Make sure to serve Norbit first.
 
Round 2
 
Top- Madison, Diane, Jane, Barbara
Bottom- Norbert, Derek, Jane, Charles
 
Make sure you serve Norbit and Diane first.
 
Round 3
 
Maddie (Wants to seat by Jane), Jane (Jane wants to seat by Diane), Antie (wants to seat by Charles) - Keep the characters from Round 2 that these 3 want to sit by and them sit them next to them before they leave.
