HELP!! diner dash: sizzle and serve

Hello, I'm new to playfirst.  I'm stuck in Retro Level9, and I can't get past; been stuck for 2 weeks now, please Help.  I've tried chaining, sitting in the colored chairs, playing music.  Thank you in advance for help.
