I don't know which level it is in numbers, but it is the 2nd to the last garden in the rose collection. It starts out with one shovel, watering can, pest repellant, and rake, and is riddled with weeds. There are two sunflowers, one red "star" perennial, and one pink "basic" flower(one that is in the collection of flowers giving the least mana). One sunflower and the red flower is in pixie dust. A little over halfway through the game, a giant swarm of pests shows up, and there are two basic goal statues to restore. That's the best description I can give of the level.
I've tried everything I can think of to pass it. I tried using only one rake on the weeds to get rid of them and removed a few rocks. By the time I removed all or almost all of the weeds, I had enough to restore the first statue. Then I finished removing weeds(if any) and started removing rocks to gain more mana. Through all this I never planted the three seeds provided at the beginning of the level. I bought two more pest repellants and once the clouds gathered and produced the pests, I used the repellant on them to gain the mana from killing them. Then I planted the three seeds. I almost got the 4000 mana I needed to restore the last statue, but time runs out at 3600 mana or so.
I just can't figure out how to beat this level(and of course the answer I get in Tips is just "keep trying" grr!). Does anyone have EXACT instructions or a place where I can get a walkthrough? Thanks to anyone who helps!
