I purchased a game from gamehouse, BIG mistake! There is one problem in the game that makes a level impassable, and I want a refund, but there is no way I can find to contact them! I went to the support page, it only had FAQs, no way to contact them if your problem is different. Then I tried clicking the Contact button all it had was a link back to the support page with the FAQs a mail in busisness adress and an "Adverise us" e-mail lin. What can I do?

Strange... I fill it out, and a window pops up that says "Subject requires a value" I look at the fourm and there's nothing that says subject! What should I do?

What game are you speaking of? If I can, I will help...

Believe it or not, it's actually Eye for Design. My glitch is that some items, when dragged out are just the shadows of them, because of that I can't move them or change their color. That makes some levels with color goals impossible.

At the bottom of each FAQ there is a link that says "Need More Help?".  If you click that link it will take you to a web form that you can fill out.  If you use no-scripts be sure to activate them before hitting the link or it will not work.  Hope that helps.

I buy games there all the time and never had a problem yet.
