I am stuck on Level 4.6

Hi, I am stuck on level 4.6. I found a walkthrough and wrote it down but it's a bit of a hastle looking at the paper and then the screen. And having to pause the game is annoying. Is there anyway someone could help me out and tell me when the best time to use the kissing glass/champagne bottles are. And what should I get at the beginning (Faster chef, etc). Thanks.
