Recipes and Buying Ingrediants

Hello!
        Here are my thouhts! Sometimes, when I want to buy ingrediants, I think it is too expensive, so I go to another shop. Afterthat I find that the first shop is cheaper, so I went back. Oh! It is more expensive! Do this back luck falls on you sometimes? I hope not!

i just buy it when i need it. if i have some time and it is too expensive, i will buy what i DO NEED at the asking price, THEN haggle. that way, if they raise all the prices, i didn't lose on everything.
also, if I need it and it is too much, i will buy a few weeks worth and search for the item somewhere else. I hugely stock up on sugar and cocoa beans by the thousands when they are cheap.
