Transformation potion not in inventory?

I am up to the part where Scraps gives Petra the transformation potion and the green juice.

However, the green juice is in the inventory but not the transformation potion so I can't transform Anzel back.

I tried going back to Scraps and re-playing the scene but it won't let me - help!

Have you tried scrolling through your inventory using the arrows?
