Can someone please help me and tell me what i need to do to solve this case?

When the case first opens, you need to find the items that you will need. 
 
Once you have found the items you need, click on the arrow going right and you will find more items. 
 
Firstly, click on the crowbar in your infantry and then click on the clam/oyster shell in the bottom of the big tank on your left, this will give you a rubber duck and the rest of the fish.  Then go back out and click on the fish and then click infront of the polar bear.  This will give you some more things to pick up.  Go back into the aqaurium and click on the net in your infantry and click on the big yellow fish (when it highlights) and this will give you a baby rattle and at the top of the tank the rest of the chip/crisp packet.  Go back out side and click on the chip packet in the infantry then click on the trash can.  You will be given the rest of the scissors, click on the scissors in the infantry then click on the balloons, they will float away and give you something else to pick up.  Finally go back into the aqaurium and on the bottom right hand side of the screen you will see the rest of the feather.  Pick it up, then click on the feather in your infantry and click on the anemoe (probably spealt wrong, sorry) on the top of the big tank, and it will spit out a passport. 
 
I think I have covered everything.  The hidden items are on the front of the lions enclosure, in the sky and finally on the floor in the aquarium.

im having problems trying to find any items at all.

try looking on the bear mountain, on the trash can, in the water fountain, along the railings on the lion enclosure and basically along any edges especially in the aquarium.

what do i do with that bag of chips?

Put the chips on the small waste basket out front. A raccoon will pop out with scissors and a headband. Use the scissors to cut the balloon strings over to the left by the elephant. This will make a raincoat appear. Back in the aquarium, you will now find the bottom of the feather (bottom right corner of screen). Use it to tickle the anemone in the tank on the left (top right of that tank). A passport will pop out of the anemone. Click it, and you should be done as long as you got the 3 items with the magnifying glass.
