PlayPass Membership

I am so annoyed with PlayFirst.  I bought the PlayPass two months ago and I used one of the credits to buy Youda Sushi Chef.  Well, the game is defective and doesn't save progress.  So I emailed PlayFirst almost three weeks ago asking them for help with this matter and I have yet to receive a response!  Is this how they treat their customers?  How rude!

mmm...that's odd! They usually respond pretty well to emails...maybe try sending them the question until they respond...it might've been a simple oversight. But yes, some have been having problems with customer support...just keep trying to contact them. Other than that, I'm not sure how you can get through to them...
