Can anyone tell me the names of the two trophies that I'm missing?  Starting from the left side, I have the following ....

I'm missing the medals too.  I thought playing endless mode would help, but I keep getting a c++ runtime error during the endless mode.

I read in TIPS that Mumma, Mihai and others are also missing the same trophies.  From what I read, PF has been contacted.  I also tried Endless search - Easy, but no luck.  It got boring so I quit.
 
In addition to the missing trophy awards, I noticed that no one had the Hamster Medal yet.  It would help to at least know how to achieve these medals.  Hopefully, PF will respond.

hiya mrspockfan, I still don't have the missing trophies and I have also noticed that if you go back to play levels over, the trophies disappear and you have to earn them all over again.  Maybe playing just the last level would make them all reappear, I don't know.  I am in the middle of playing it again using the first player name I had, so hopefully if any trophies suddenly appear that I never had before I will post them here.  I still don't have my other medal for having achieved a first place ranking, PF replied to my email that I sent them asking me what my score was when I achieved first place, but as I was in first place, I think at least four times I gave them the nearest to what I remember my last score was before I submitted my new score which put me in second place.  I don't know why they can't just give the medal anyway, they can clearly see that I have the first place medalion on my profile page.  I don't think Mihai1st has his yet either.  A little disappointing to say the least.  But I will crack on to see if I can get the missing trophies.

Which player has the first place medal....I'm curious to know how it looks like, LOL.
However, I'm done with Passport to Perfume, I can't improve more my score, even though I wanted to reach 400.000.
I have send a mail to PF also, and they asked me some questions for the QA team ( I think).
I'll play again PtP today, in hope I'll receive some trophyes...I'm thinking..for serving a certain number of customers, for completing a level without angry customers, etc,etc....I don't know what to do, lol.

Mumma and Mihai - Thanks for the response and you both have great scores.  In all, there are 3 trophies/medals that everyone is missing.   
 
Mumma - good luck and try not to hurt your wrist.
 
Mihai - I also think that the Golden Hamster is awarded for reaching a specific target such as 400,000 in score or completing the game and having maybe $150,000 in cash.  Not sure about the trophies - I always replayed the level if a customer walked out angry, but one of them could be for serving a certain number of people, as you say.  Try not to hurt your wrist also.

They might be more responsive and have a better clue than PF.
Of course they won't know about the unattainable medal. :(
 
I had another thought on the trophies if anyone cares. Maybe they are for negative things like losing a certain number of customers or throwing away a number of things. I've played a few games recently where this was the case (a HOG and a couple of TM's like Choco. Chase.)
Just a thought.

I left a message for Corax, in PF Staff thread, but your idea of losing a certain number of customers and wasting products are very good.  Great Chocolate Chase had similar medals, so I think I'll test your theory and report back.

I've replayed the 10 levels for NY through level 44 and lost 100 customers, handed out 80 flowers and still no trophies.  Really want to know what these are for and how to get them.

I looked at the wording of the medals, and I had an idea:
 
The Golden Hamster medal is awarded for being a number 1 scoreholder, while the 1st place medal is for achieving a first place score in game mode. I was wondering...is there a "high score list" in the game? I know with the Mystery Case Files games, and many others, there's a high score list with other player names(for example, in Ravenhearst, there's a list of names, like Sherlock and times listed next to the name; if you beat any of them, your name and time goes on the list). Is there something like this in PtP? I was wondering if, if there is some kind of score thing, possibly the Golden Hamster medal is awarded for being number one on that list?
Just a suggestion...I haven't actually played the game, but I thought maybe that would help.
