For those who need help with Thyme Square and Champagne Falls. (Full walkthrough inside)

Thyme Square and Champagne Falls...the two toughest levels in the game.  One of the reasons why they are both so tough, is because you have to feed 100 people and not just 50 people.  We will start with Thyme Square.
*-Important things to know before doing levels-*
+  Always buy advertisements
+ Try to always complete the Daily Chef challenge
+ Always set your prices to premium for the first day  (THEN CHANGE THEM!!!)

Thyme Square-

You enter the level, and start with the default diner, Tony's Ristonrante.  Your default dish is the Tomato Risatto.  On the first day, buy 50 of each ingredient and set the prices to lowest premium price available.  With advetisement bought.  Start the day.  I will not go through day by the day, by repeat this process for a few days, to get your money built up.   Remember to buy the Basic Sign for the diner.  As you notice there are two resturants available, The Golden Fleece and Shiva.

Before you buy these diner remember to buy the appropriate recipes for Tony's customers.   Tony's customers include:  Barb the Business Woman, Hal the Hungryman, and Tyler the Teenager.  Each customer has the favorite ingredients and it is important to match their favorite ingredients with their dishes.  Recipes are as follows--Cheese and Red Potato Soup (For Barb the Business Woman), Rice Pudding Canolli (Hal the Hungryman), and the Potato Pizza (For Tyler).  After you have bought these recipes, (not all at once), you should be earning a pretty good income per day.  Once you hit the 2,000 mark or higher go ahead and buy the Golden Fleece.   I know Shiva is cheaper, but it is way better if you buy the more expensive diner first.  Once you have the Golden Fleece make sure you have set the price appropriate and add stock to your ingredients.  Make sure you have the basic sign.  Also, around this time you may have two advertisement availabe, buy both per turn.

Alright, The Golden Fleece's customer are as follows--Chloe, Jane and Aunt Martha.  Again buy the appropriate recipes (as follows).  The recipes are--Media's Melitzanes (Jane), Mt. Olympus Ambriosa (Chloe), and Nico's Spartan Surprise (Martha).  I bought the Ambriosa first, since the default price is around the $100 mark, which means big bucks.  Once you have all the recipes, then you can buy Shiva.

Make sure you have the set the price and bought the basic sign.  Shiva's customers are Rosie the regular and Eli the Egyptian.  Recipes are-- Vivacious Vindaloo (Eli) and Spicy Pork over Dahl (Rosie)  Once you have all the recipes you should be earning a LOT of money.  You can now start buying the nonessential recipes.  You can buy a little at a time, but it is MANDATORY you do not put them on the menu.   I was able to collect all the recipes and buy every single upgrade for each diner.

I will be making a walkthrough for Champagne falls soon, but if you need help with any other level, submit a post here.

Glad to help.

Champagne Falls-

As you enter this (beauntiful I may add!) level, you see three diners Bao, Beauchamp and X3000, and of course Grub Burger.  Your defualt diner is Bao.  Beauchamp costing 1250 and X3000 costing 2000.  In Bao, your defualt recipe is Peking Duck Jumbalaya.   As usual, set the first day price as premium (low end) and REMEMBER to change it.  (I noticed that in Champagne Falls, people were extremely particular about prices...)  Buy 40 of each ingredient and try to buy the advertisement.  Very important to complete the Daily Chef Challenege.

Bao's customers are Aunt Ethel, Tina the Teenager, and Diane.  Recipes are as follows Surf and Turf Wraps (Aunt Ethel), Happy Buddha Rolls (Diane), and Fish and Fowl Carpaccio over Seaweed (Tina).  Its important to buy the first level of decor and to adjust the ingredient stock list, with each recipe.

I did something different with this level, I actually bought the cheaper diner over the more expensive diner.

Beauchamp.  This lovely French inspired diner is up in the nice top left corner.  Beauchamp's customers are Denise the Celebrity,  and Madison.  Recipes are-- Lychees stuffed with Creme Truffle Sauce (Madison) and Lobster Fricasse with Fruit Glaze (Denise).   After obtaining these recipes and the ones from Bao, you should be earning a significant income.  Remember to buy the basic sign for Beauchamp.  After a couple of turns you should have enough to buy the last Diner.

X3000.  This was one of my favorite diners.  Your chef is Captain Blowfish...LOL.  Your basic dish for this diner is the Sea of Tranquility.  X3000's customers are as follow-- Greta the little girl, Sima Star the Celebrity, and Uncle Charles.  Recipes are-- The Cake (Greta), Clouds of Jupiter (Charles), and Escape Pods (Simon).  These three recipes are in the price range of $95 to $112, these will earn you A LOT of money.

With all recipes bought, you should have a lot of money coming in.  So you can buy more decor and recipes.  Don't put the recipes on the menu.

I hope this helped.

If you have any other questions about other levels, please tell.

Happy to help.
