I have all the recipes, and i don't know what to do next.
Can anyone help me?

Usually at the end of the game, you will get a command to make 100 of every exotic and deliver to Joseph in San Francisco.  What do you mean by you have all the recipes?  Where are you in the game?  This question can be better answered with more facts?  Glad to help if so.
