how do you get a master scientist? mine are all adept and thier skills bar doesnt seem to be moving

just be patient.. or keep putting them back to the table if they run away. it takes a while for them to become mastres.

There are a couple of things you can do. When we say keep putting back a the table, we mean keep putting them back at the table. For instance, place the villager at the table, wait a little then put them back again. Do this a lot it builds tech points and gradually adds to their skill meter. Also, you can try placing male and female scientist together. They may produce a child with natural scientific ability. Then finally make sure you are playing with the speed (in options menu) at 2x---but make sure you put it back lower or pause if you are leaving the game for extended periods of time.

when i started, there was a little kid along with the adults then i left it at half speed overnight. I turned it on and it seemed like she was a genius child and her science skill was all the way up. even when she was a kid, she was an "apprentice scientist" but apparently that doesn't happen 2 everyone.
