I cannot find the "S" piece for the reboot key and the rest of the CD case.  It won't give me more hints--says nothing to be found, but I don't have those items so obviously they are to be found.

I don't know if you still need any help. Below are the locations of the items you are looking for.
 
CD case
   1. In Lunch room. right of the clock
   2. In Lunch room. in the dish with the fork (lower right hand corner)
   3. In Cubicle. Put Mr. Big picture on the dart board. Another piece is revealed below the keyboard.
 
S key
   1. In Lunch room. After watering the plant, piece is located on the green upper cabinet.
   2. In lunch room on the bulletin board lower right corner
       I noticed it after using the coin.
   3. Put the CDs away in the cubicle. The S key will appear on the brown box next to the CD tower.
