Help those with questions, don't insult them...

Why is it people think it's perfectly okay to be rude on message boards, like we're aren't real people here? If someone asks a question that's been asked before, even 100 times before, you don't need to act like a jerk. It's like someone walking into a room full of people at a party and striking up a conversation with someone, and then everyone turns to them and says "Excuse me, we already talked about that a week ago, duh! How stupid can you be?!"
Anyway, a lot of the posts on message boards aren't labeled very clearly, so even if you did go through the posts to see if anyone already posted about a certain topic, you might not notice it very easily. Especially on boards with lots of posts. Again, even if the question has been answered many times and the answer is right there in the front, that doesn't give anyone the right to insult them. If you do feel the need to berate them about it, at least direct them to the posts that cover that topic.
