BFG Problem

Is anyone else having trouble downloading games from Big Fish?  2 days ago my problem started to where it says my download was interrupted.  I went to their FAQ section and did all of the things they listed to do.  I also just sent them an email but was wondering if anyone was having any issues?
 
I've tried 3 different games now and all have the same result.

Ok so I just tried downloading 1 from PF and it's doing the same thing.  So it isn't a BFG issue, it's my computer.  Any suggestions?

If your downloading a game and it quits right in the middle u need a download manager thats what I had to have so all my games would download all the way

Hmmm, well I have the BFG download manager and it's still not working right.  I've downloaded tons of games and never had an issue.

Hate to be the one to ask the obvious..do you have enough space on your hard drive?

Sometimes when my pc acts funky, I'll delete all my offline content and cookies.  I'll also run disk clean-up.

Yep, plenty of space and I cleared all the cookies and stuff.  I just bought the PC a couple of months ago and am still under warranty with Geek Squad.  I'll just call them when I get back from being out of town.

Googled it for you.  Some are stating to check your security settings.  Since it is a new PC, perhaps they are set too high?

I had this very same prob a while ago & discovered that the reason was that i kept losing my internet connection. I thought at first that won't be the reason coz the downloading would only be paused but it didn't. Maybe that's what's happening to you?

Thanks for all the advice everyone!  The PC is actually in the shop now.  Geek Squad is pretty certain that it's a virus.  I think I picked it up from a youtube link last week.  Hopefully I'll have it back in a few days so I can finally download Gemini Lost!!!  Losing my mind here without my computer. (I'm on the work laptop)
