Quitting when I try to unlock??

I just downloaded and installed DinerDash - Flo on the Go. I activated my playfirst account, and tried to unlock my game. When I enter my unlock code (which I copied and pasted for accuracy), the program acts like its trying to contact playfirst, and then quits without any message or notice. I even reinstalled the program.

Help!!
