I don't know what else to do to catch the dog! what do I need?

To catch the dog, you have to get a peanut butter poddle pop.  Go to the pet shop.  Help Cassie put together the boxes of pet supplies for the wedding.  She will make you a pop for the poodle.   Then you can take the pop and lure Snookums.   Put it in the street and  wait for Snookums.  Hope this helps!   Happy gaming!!
