where do you find the other pins that bobbi needs for the dress? How do you get the dog back to the pet spa?

Do you mean when she says more beads are needed?  You find Aunt Ethel sitting at the end of the street and she will give them to you.  However, you have to go to the pet spa and get some wire cutters first.  They're located between the cushions of the couch.
 
To get the dog, you have to go to the pet shop and get his favorite biscuit.  The pet store owner will bake one for you if you pack her boxes for her.  Then you take it back to the dog, and it comes to you so you can take the dog to the pet spa.

Are you saying when you try to give her the wire cutters she just goes on about wedding rings and doesn't give you the beads?

That happened to me too, at first. But if (after you give her the wire cutters) you go back to Bobbi's and have her say that you need more beads , and then head back to Aunt Ethel again, she should give you the beads then.

If your talking about when the machine says 'more beads needed' for the first time, drag the beads that you have collected in the shop and put them on the machine.  They then go into the machine and the mini game starts.

Bring back the High Score Board and Medals - :(

I did what I've read here, but Aunt Don't Know Here Name doesn't gave me more beads :?
