I can't seem to get the bottle collection/recycling badge. I always wind up short by two bottle and end the game with 13 bottles leftover in my inventory. Anyone else having this issue?

The second time around I was able to find all 75 bottles.
Here is the breakdown on the bottle locations
Chapter 1 on Avenu Flo - 20 bottles
Chapter 2 on Sizzle Street - 35 bottles
Chapter 3 Bistro Bay - 30 bottles
 
For the most part the bottles are on the ground outside the buildings. Two exceptions:
There is bottle on top of the bus stop roof where Ernie's bus is parked. There is a bottle floating in the water by Bernie's news stand.
Some bottles are harder to spot becasue they are partly hidden behind something else. I had problems finding two bottles outside big corp because they were near the inventory list and neighbor map.

Um, that equals 85, not 75.  Based on the bottles I found, I would say it's likely that there are only 20 in Bistro Bay.

I should have double checked my post. It is indeed a mistype.
In Bistro Bay there is 20 bottles.
