i dont have the faintest idea about how to get the dye remover, i did try to click on the drawers but it isnt working out .if sumone cud help.

Try looking for the small white bottle with a blue label.

But this is not the remover - in the tree is the red colour i think...

Look in the drawer in the Beauty Studio an put all things by side - it is hidden under the other stuff
