Hi, I just finished 3 DC and also confused by the ending of
DC3. My thought is similar to taureangirl's.
As I
understand, Lilith never pay her attention to Lyra until she
knew that Lyra maybe the next Fairy Lord. In DC1, she just
stole Fidget, and after Faye managed to found him, Lilith
sent her to the prison in DC2.
While Faye escaped
, Lilith still tried to convince Fidget. She took Fidget to
the tower of dreams, and maybe she just known (or just
realized) that Lyra maybe the next Fairy Lord, and she knew
that the librarian was going to kidnapped Lyra (becaused the
librarian wasn't in the tower? I guess) so she took Lyra
before the librarian reached Faye's house. That's why Aevel
can't find Lyra in her bed, and the plant told her Lyra was
took by Lilith. But while Faye was on her way to the top
floor of the tower (and players like us got frustrated, at
least I was) the librarian can steal the child who he/she
believe is the chosen one, and Aevel can help Fidget out of
there.
We don't know why Fidget and Faye had to
separated after Faye woke Fidget, maybe they decided to
separated to find Lyra. However the librarian tried to stop
them so he/she erased Faye's memories and made her think
she's Brenna. Lilith had no choice, she had to help Faye, or
Lyra will become the Fairy Lord. So she made Brenna dreamed
about the woman who lost her family and try to find them
(yeah, that's mean in DC1 and DC2 we're in Brenna's dream)
The villain in DC3 who try to stop Faye is not Lilith but
the librarian. If you can remember, when Brenna went out
from her tree house and the ground was apart, Fidget said
it's a very powerful magic, even it's from Lilith, and he
afraid that Lilith will be stronger. That means Fidget also
misunderstand that Lilith is the one who made all this.
The ending part of DC3 shocked me, I believe that
the woman must be Lilith, but I have no idea about the
father. One of my friend said maybe Merrow (because he has
no magic, that means he become a mortal) but I don't know if
he can get out from the plant figure lol
What
Lyra knows but her parents don't maybe...
1. The
librarian is the villain in DC3, not Lilith.
2.
Lilith's husband, but how does she know?
I still
have many questions from DC3.
1. If Lilith can
left notes in every scenes Faye will go, why don't she do
all of this by herself? Faye will think she's Brenna, Lilith
will have a chance to beat the librarian, or even kill
Lyra, then Fidget will be much easier without his family.
Ok, let's think she's weaken and have to rest (a deep
sleep underwater), then how can she put the notes in
places?
Well, she can left the notes before she go to
sleep, but I think that doesn't make sense at all.
However, what Lilith said about her expectation for Faye's
coming is strange, maybe Lilith needed Faye's help, maybe
she was defeated by the librarian, or she needed something
that only a mortal can do it.
2. Where is
Merrow?
3. Why don't Fidget come and reunion with
Faye? Why he have to help her through the crystal ball? (A
very bad husband lol)
4. Why putting a bear under
woman's face can help Lyra and bring Fidget back to Faye?
5. maybe more, but now I forgot it already.
Last, I'm looking forward to DC4.
