To PF Staff...

Hi there everyone, new and old!
Before we had a
post that was for you to contact PlayFirst Staff with your
questions or concerns about the site, the games, and general
information.
We're still not sure what happened
to that original post, so we're making a new one!
Things you should post here:
General questions
about the site, the games, strange things you're
seeing. Strange things can be appearing/disappearing
tips starts, ads that don't belong on the forum, avatars not
appearing as they should. Also, any concerns or
suggestions you've got that you would like to voice. I
will pass them on to the proper folks! And, sometimes,
the proper folks read this forum as well!
Things
that should probably go to the support email address (Which
you can find at the bottom of the page under Contact
Support):
Issues with your account, your unlock
codes, your PlayPass. Also urgent or pressing
matters. Generally personal information would be
something you'd want to email us for. Another
thing you should probably use support for is if you have an
issue with another PlayFirst member. We're all here to
have fun, but we do understand if there's problems.
We'd like to work them out, and not cause a situation on the
forums.
Be aware that while I do try to get to
your questions every week (or work) day (Usually in the
morning) it may take a day or two, so be patient! I
will pop up again!
