Can't you do something about the fun in Playfirst to get people back to PF?
Something like Wandering Willows' egg hunting.
Just something new, like when the tips were introduced.

Any news on the revamping of Playpass?  Some of us are thinking of cancelling due to the same games available at other game portals for cheaper, I think we just need some reassurance as loyal customers that we are getting the best deal for our hard earned money~~Thanks.

I use comcast.net Search powered by ask.   When I do a search for PlayFirst the top listing is PlayFirst.com.  However, when I double click on it I get the message that the link no longer exists.   I got here by using yahoo.   I just thought I would bring this to PF's attention as some people may decide not to come here.  Thanks, Candy

how come you have the same game for 3 days in a row.  Do you not do a new release everyday like other sites have.  Island Realms has been on new release for 3 days when will it change???????

You know, the last post that was made by someone from Playfirst in this thread was on October 29..!! That's 14 days ago!
You need to work on this site and forums, the users aren't supposed to do that for you.
I mean, it's your work to run Playfirst, not ours.
Of course you are busy with making games and a lot of other stuff, but at least don't let this site go down..;)

OK - I have a question - I currently have comcast, and  my games slow up just when they are getting exciting - they slow up so much that they screw me up
 
Embarq is my home phone service (recently changed to Century Link), and THEY claim that the reason my games slow up is because I have to share Comcast with everyone else in my neighborhood, so at peak times, comcast slows up my games so that my neighbors can surf the web - THEY (Century Link) say if I change to them, I will get consistency in speed - they have a speed test at their website to prove it
 
Comcast has no speed test
 
What's faster if I just want to play well online?  Comcast broadband or the telephone company fiber-optic DSL?
 
I really don't care about download speeds, though I like the Comcast turtle commercials - they're funny and cute
 
In the meantime, I can download when I go to sleep, and the game will be there in the morning
 
My problem is that once it's downloaded, the game gets pokey, and I don't know whose fault that is

Wow, I haven't heard that one in years. Did comcast just come into your area? That would explain lag time. Otherwise, do this. Make sure your computer is not sharing cables with tv's etc. If it is, have comcast send a tech to make sure the feed to your computer is on a primary cable. If this is the problem, it will help.
IMO, stick with comcast. It does get better. Don't know about phone lines, except that they ran much too slowly and I kept getting kicked off. Don't know about FIOS.
On another note, you may to do a disk cleanup. If you have a lot of games on your computer, go to nvdia to do any upgrades to software you may need. It's free. Uninstall any games you aren't currently playing. I do that and it also helps with speed of other games.
