You can also go to control panel, system, device manager,
and click on the graphics display adapter, then right-click
and click on update driver, it will ask you if it can search
online, say yes.
I had a problem playing a
game once on my other computer, it just kept crashing when I
got to the end of a level. It wasn't actually the
graphics card that caused it but the sound card needed to be
updated.
If you want you can find the makes
of these two items, by clicking in start and type in dxdiag
in the search programs and files box (if running vista) or
click on run (if running XP) and type in dxdiag.
Once this program is open, you will have tabs
for display and sound. Under the display tab you will
find the make of the grahics card and the driver version and
the same under the sound tab for the sound card. You
can the go to the respective sites and look for an updated
driver to download and install.
