When I made my own recipe of hazelnuts, caramel and cocoa the guy that tastes it said it was great and suggested a name for it. Is there any other recipes that cause a good reaction like that?

Hi, On page 2 of this forum, about 1/2 way down the page, there is a post called "Secret Test Kitchen Hints," originally posted by Timbo.  It lists all of the reactions that happen in the test kitchen.  Maybe you'll find an answer there :-))  "The guy" often comments on recipes and sometimes suggests names for them, but it's always up to you to use them or not and to use your recipe or not.  You don't have to follow his suggestions to use your recipe.  Some of the one's I've just gone ahead and made have been great sellers - and he said Yuk!  Oh Well...  Have Fun!
