k so i have the raft built and the lake cleared but i can't use the raft....what's the deal?

Hi, After you've built it and the zodiac symbol is retrieved, you can't use the raft anymore in the game.  That's all it's for is to get the symbol.  Check the Tips for more info about the game too!  Have Fun!

i didn't get the symbol yet, it wont even let anyone stand on it! but thanks for the tip!

This will likely be one of the first Zodiac Keys you'll pick up on your own. Drag a villager (builder is best) to the ruins of a raft, located below the stone Fishing Dock and above the foggy woods. You'll need 100 wood to restore it.

Restoring the raft will allow your characters to be able to move around on the water. Drag a villager onto the raft to use it. They'll float out to the island and retrieve the Zodiac Key.
Upon returning to shore, the Key will be there but your villager won't pick it up automatically. Drag a villager over the Key lying on the raft to pick it up.

Do you think i need a certain level of knowledge, handicraft, etc?

Hi, I just went in and looked to see if there were any requirements, and it said NO Requirements.  Weird - this should have shown up when you completed the raft.  So, maybe just go back and go through the steps again about the raft.  Did you complete it? (the bubble will say the %)  Did you put a person on it to go get the symbol?  (when the person is on it, it doesn't really go anywhere, it just sort of sparkles and wavers and then the symbol shows up on the dock area).  Did you go back and place a person on the fish after the Lilly's were cleaned out?  That's all I can think of right now.  Maybe contact PF support (top left of this screen under Help/support).  Also, since I don't know your level of experience, please don't take offense if I seem too basic.  I hope this helps.
