Why can't I read the phone number? All I can see is gibberish

You do realize that you can use your username and password to unlock a game? I have never used the reg Key to unlock. Also check with your bank again and make sure that you really have been charged all those times. I have never had that problem except once and even though it appeared I have paid twice ,whereas I had only paid once. the phone number is in the post after the gibberish. and it is the correct one.

I've tried that phone number many times. No one answers. It just keeps ringing. I don't see why the first post was marked inapproporate. There was nothing in it except a complaint.
