contacting playfirst

I was just wondering how easy it is to correspond with the people at playfirst. i am having some problems and filled out the support form but I was hoping there would be a number you could call as well. I bought the wrong game and want a refund. has anyone else ask for one and how fast do they respond back. If you have any info please let me know
