I couldn't play it either but what I found out is let it play a couple of times so you hear the notes, then when it starts up and plays part way through it will stop then that is when you need to play the next note and continue with the rest then you will get a stone there are 5 stones that goes to the top floor. When you get them all the organ doors will close. Hope this helps.
