Has ANYONE been able to get this game to run right? Got it from Shockwave but think BF was having same prob. Game won't even begin loading?

I got it from BF and it downloaded fine and I have played it several times.  The only problem I keep having is once in awhile it comes up error access violation 0x00420563 tried to read 0x00000014 program terminated, but I am able to go right back into the game and pick up where I left off.  I even deleted it and re-downloaded it and sometimes it still does the same think with the error access violation.  I email BF and never got a reply other than to re-download it.
