How come none of my villagers are compatible at all, i mean i started the game, and after i built the place where they marry.. None of the people match what any of them want as a mate.. what the heck can i do if that happens?

Hi, well, you have three choice that I know of.  
1. By "at all," I assume you mean the children as well, but in case you don't, wait for them grow up and perhaps one of them can mate.  Remember, mate age doesn't matter in this game (over 18).
2. If you can make enough points fast enough to earn the potions, there is a potion that makes them able to marry anyone.
3. Either wait for a death and a rebirth (if possible) to mate them - or start over.
