I downloaded this game twice from the Big Fish website, took nearly an hour both times and it has been reading "saving file" for the past 45 minutes!  I would not waste my time trying to download this game from Big Fish and I am a long time Big Fish member.  I absolutely hate that I wasted over two hours trying to download this game.  I could not get to the Big Fish forum to find out what others had to say about the download of this game.  Ugh!!!!!!
 
I am now trying to download it from the Playfirst website.  We'll see what happens.  But, I will tell you if I have the same problem with Playfirst, this is one game that I will not try downloading again, I ABSOLUTE HATE WASTING MY TIME, when a game takes nearly a half hour or more to download and then you can't launch it, it is annoying!
 
Big Fish is STILL saving the file!  UNBELIEVEABLE!

i downloaded it from PF and have had no problem what so ever.  have completed 3 hotels with no problem guess it pays to buy the PF

I downloaded from Big Fish no problems.  Have DSL and it was totally installed in 10-15 minutes.

Great game loved it when will it be in stores
