Shut Down

Is anyone else having trouble with microsoft shutting down this game??? I have had it happen several times and it is very annoying especially when you are at the very end of a board with only a few more pieces to remove. Is there a solution to this problem short of redownloading the game (I don't want to lose my first game score), i can go back in and play but it is a pain when you have to keep going back into the game and start a board all over after a microsoft shutdown, any helkp would e appreciated. Thank you!!!!!

What do you mean "shutdown?" Does a box pop stating "mahjong roadshow has encountered an error....." after the box goes away the game has to be rest?

No Microsoft comes up and says it has enountered a problem and has to shut down and then does but occasionally it does not shut down completely and I have to go to the control alt delete to get it to shut down and that is when I have seen that it says that Roadshow is not responding.
