Hi Jen, wish I could hang my laundry out. I remember how good the sunshine smelled on those clean sheets. My backyard is covered with trees. The birds and squirrels would have a heyday with a set of sheets. Enjoy the sunshine for me.

That squirrel thing reminds me of a funny story. A few years back my husband added on to our garage and with a small back yard, the new garage took up most of it and I lost half of my clothes line. No big deal, I have a "drying rack" for indoors which I can easily bring outside to hang clothes on as well. This drying rack has 2 levels to it and because the second one was so close to the ground, I decide to hang smaller things on it so nothing would drag on the ground. So the first time I use the rack outside, I hear my dogs flipping out at the back door. I go see and sure enough there is a squirrel making a mad dash with my drawers that he just snatched off the bottom rack. Under the fence he goes with them into my neighbours yard where they get caught on their side of the fence. I had to reach under and grab them all the while praying that my neighbour doesn't come out and find me reaching under his fence for my underwear! How ever would I have explained that!

Jen

I'm in the snapdragon phase of life. Part of me has snapped, the rest of me's a draggin'.

hmm...*thinks loudly*, Rj, what on earth are you trying to emphasise on that last comment lol.
I think it is good that people feel comfortable enough to share their opinions and experiences, however personal and I feel that it is important that there is a place where us friends can talk about it, and can share stories and advice. When people do not respect others' experience and opinions, or beliefs it is then that I object and have to say that it is wrong. For thise who want this to be more fun, maybe another forum would be good for talking about experiences and other matters, so that things in the playfirst lounge weren't so mixed, and to ensure that those who did not want to hear about.talk about things like this have the choice not to

I agree with all of you. I was not suggesting that people not post their feelings. It just got to intense at times, that's all.

I think about the way we all comforted each other on the anniversary of 911. I think about how when two of our friends were cursed at and threatened we circled around them and protected them. That is the Playfirst I know and love. I added to things getting too intense. I brought certain things out into the open. As far as I am concerned I have made peace with everyone, I am a part of this great group called PlayFirst. I wouldn't change that for anything.
