Hey everyone, i truly believe the game could have been out today. Like i said before, most if not all Playfirst employees dont work weekends. If they were to release the game today, and there happened to be a bug/flaw in the game they would have floods of emails during the weekend. Look for the game on monday/tuesday.

Yeah, LStorms, I'm sure it won't happen--but she did say she had been keeping up with our posts so it never hurts to bring it up! :)

And RJ, I don't think I've thanked you yet for all your inside info. I'm new to this community, and your posts have really helped me catch up on what's going on. I don't know why people get mad at you, but I've appreciated the scoop. So, thanks!

I'm so excited for this game--I need to give fair warning to my husband I'm going to be glued to the computer next week so he doesn't get caught off guard :P.

Since I don't normally post here, I've been reading this thread and several others. RJX are you a Playfirst employee? You seem to threaten or attempt to intimidate others and act as if you are God of Diner Dash and Playfirst. For those who might want to be a part of or discuss things within this forum, your posts would be a reason that would prevent others from joining. Over the last couple of weeks as I have been lurking to find out the release dates, I just see you post sarcastic, rude, condescending remarks to just about everyone here in almost every thread. I am a webmaster as well, with MCSE, and other certs. So, I am unclear what your role in this forum is, because if you are a Playfirst employee, they have really chosen a very negative ambassador. Before you jump at me or try to rudely dismiss what I am attempting to convey, please keep in mind that I came here with no agenda other than release dates and finally decided to post my observations as you seem to escalate your pushy and degrading posts each time I come to this forum.

RjX_ is not an employee of Playfirst and does not represent Playfirst. RjX_ has no legitimately acquired privileged information.

Employees of Playfirst tend to be reticent about what we say for a number of reasons. I'll enumerate a few.

- sometimes we don't know the answer to questions; Playfirst has somewhere between 50 and 100 employees and enough to keep all of us very busy all of the time which means that not everyone here has time to know everything
- sometimes we know the answer but we can't or shouldn't reveal it
- sometimes we don't see the question; like I said before, we're very busy with our existing responsibilities (I, myself, was at work yesterday for 12 hours and that's not as unusual as I might wish.)

I know for a fact that the site QA people are working this weekend as they have worked every weekend for the past two months, on top of working every weekday. I know for a fact that site operations people are working this weekend, because I'm one of them.

Sorbet is being absolutely truthful at the top of this thread: DDHH has not released because we are not satisfied that it's as awesome as we know it can be. Stand by: we're adding more awesome. You'll be glad we did.

I don't care to belong to a club that accepts people like me as members.

Hey, Binder, thanks for that reply and clarification!

I'm a little amazed at the hostility of some of the posters about the DDHH release.. It IS coming and it will be well worth the wait! I think everyone needs to just relax and play some demos or something and be patient, harassing PlayFirst is not going to get the game released any faster :)
