Nancy Drew Games

Posted: September 23, 2007 at 02:02
Is anyone here a fan of the Nancy Drew games? I played "Danger on Deception Island" and thought it was really a great game. They have quite an array of games you can choose from. They really are challenging and make you think. Plus they're so interactive, the story line, music and graphics are really good.

The only one I've ever played was Danger on Deception Island, but I got stuck about half way (or more) though and couldn't get past a point. I didn't want to start over so I just stopped there - which really frustrated me. But I did have fun up until that point.

Jen, they're mystery games, where you assume the role of Nancy, the teenage PI. It can take days to complete the games, they're pretty comnplex, but a lot of fun. If you've ever played any of the Law & Prder games, it's a very similar format.

FrenchVanilla, Oh no! If you still have the game, I can tell you a website that can help walk you through the areas, where you're stuck. I know how frustrating it can be when you get stuck like that! Don't give up! LOL

Hey guys, I have played almost all of these games. They are awesome!!! I know alot of people think that they are probably really easy because they are Nancy Drew, but actually, they are really challenging. The only one that I am still in the midst of playing is Secret of the Scarlet Hand. I can't wait for the newest one to come out.

Yeah, I own and have beaten all of the games. I really enjoy them, and sometimes they last weeks or even months. They do get you thinking, but sometimes the puzzles are really hard to beat

Have any of you played The Curse of Blackmoor Manor? The fact that my real name is Nancy gave me the creeps when Nancy Drew had that nightmare and heard weird voices calling out to her. My eyesight won;t allow me to play the Nancy Drew games anymore. I am going to stick with Flo and her adventures.

Hjr, I really like the Nancy Drew games too. I like how you feel like you're actually in the game, walking around, very 3D effects. The are probably the most challenging games I've ever played, and they really make you think. They're a game where you need patience! LOL Plus, they're done so beautifully. I think that line of games, are the most underated, and don't get all the praise they should.
