I do like the level-based trial, but I'm sooo narked I can't get onto the second restaurant. All the trials I've had from Diner Dash and co, I've always been able to get to the second restaurant within 60 mins. Can't they make it so we can play till half way through 2nd restaurant?

If they did that, they why would you buy any games. I don't know of any game site, that gives 7 levels unlimited play. Do you?

Hi!
I would like to know what I did wrong. I loaded this game, but It won't open. It should be installed and my computer can run it, but when I click the image - nothing happends. I followed all those instructions what there came. It installed only 99% and then came out another window where read something like "accomplish" (I don't know what word you are using.) Then I clicked that button and it finished the installing, but now the DDHH button doesn't answer.
I hope someone can understand my English and could help me :).

I thought the multiplayer was free and unlimited, but every time I try to start a game, a window pops up that my trial has expired.

Did you get an answer to this April, as i too would like to know why we now have to buy more levels......i paid $20 for the game i expect it to be the WHOLE game......i got the zoo and the ball park and thats it!!

Bellaluvsdaniel .... you probably should send a note to Playfirst Support. If you purchased DDHH, you should have had 5 restaurants. But you can't advance to each restaurant until you make goal on previous ones.

Beyond the 5 restaurants, you can purchase additional ones that have been created by PF for less than $5.

Please contact Playfirst Support. They are very quick to respond and will be able to help you.

when it updates the update gets to the end and then fails on every game that i try to download from this site. please help, i can not buy a game that does not even start on the trial version.. thank god for trial versions or else I would have been out thousands on this type of problem.

Well i sent off a help ticket.

I am up to level 9 on the Ball Park and 10 on the Zoo, shouldnt one unlock by now i mean not all little kids can complete the harder levels!

ok I'm confused..... I played the 60 min version then bought the game on line. How do I get the unlock key? Lisa
