^ Love the Karaoke and Casino idea.
Is there a cowboy/steakhouse themed restaurant in the game (haven't bought it yet)? If not, that might be kind of cool.
I think a Teppanyaki bar would be fun, too.

Why don't we take Flo back to the skies? She's been in a hot air balloon, but the food service on all those airplanes needs some serious work! I know there aren't tables on airplanes, but it could still work. Color coded seating.....that could make for an interesting flight! ;-)
I also like the school based themes. Flo could work her way from K-College. Cool.

Being as Flo went back in time in Level 5 (the 1975 disco) I think different eras, would be great. Like a roaring 20s, medivel, Victorian, 50's, etc...
A haunted house would be fun maybe the diners could be ghosts, and a renaissance theme, like in a castle with court jesters.

Ignore the Freakin' Trolls! They're already running amuck all over the forums!

I also vote for a holiday theme, or series of holiday themed restaurants!
How about:
Internet Cafe - diners can play Diner Dash while waiting for food, lol
Campsite - those campers need smores!
Airplane - turbulence makes serving drinks hard!
School cafeteria - Flo can bring fun, healthy meals to the kids!

Oh oh I thought of another one... a Chinese restaurant around Chinese new year time :) Periodically the dragon dancers could go by which would cause a lot of noise and people would spill things. Or maybe firecrackers would go off. The drink dispenser would serve tea, and the snacks could be dim sum!

ooh, yeah, I like heathers plane suggestion with airline style seating, I also like that internet cafe is a good idea.

I am ALL about the mess hall theme!!! That would be So cool. I'm a military wife and I told my husband about that one. He got a big kick out of it.
Hmmm.....what else...
I like the Halloween one
and a Bar would be neat
what about a river raft one? we have boats that serve meals on our little float around downtown here. That would be cool!
A hay ride maybe?
