hmm.... i did it 5 times... yet i cant do it... moreover.... what do they mean by chain? wat's a chain? i can oni carry 2 things at once.... & if my customers are mad... they won't wait & just go home... i'll lose points for tht.... i already played this stage for 30 times.... & i'm sure is getting bored..... help?

Jen thank you for the walkthrough. I have tried and gotten through the level but can't get the expert score. When I follow this walkthrough people leave and I can't get higher than 11000. I even tried to give more drinks.

I used your walk through,and it took me a few times. But I

A bump is where someone sends you the page where you can get tips for the level.

A chain is what you are doing,by serving two customer at a time. If you follow jeny's tips you will get through this level. It
took me a few times too, but I got through it. And I had been working on this level for two or three days. Just follow her tips. Use keep trying you will get it. Good luck.
