I know some really like competing against the waitresses, but to me, it's the absolute worst! LOL Whenever I replay to improve my score, I can usually gain more points here, but I really dread playing those levels. I hope in future DD games, they won't have this feature, maybe offer it only it a option. I've read some threeads that claim some waitresses you select are slower than others, I had no idea that was the case. I thought they were all about the same speed.

Hey LB, on restaurant 4, I think it was, the waitress that said she has an impressive resume, or the most experience, or something like that, seemed, in my opinion to stand around and do a lot of nothing....I smoked her by about 13000...doesnt mean its necessarily true, just that when I get to that waitress level, I try it once with each waitress, and see if I feel any are easier, not that they were necessarily designed that way... I've had no issues with the waitress on any levels....but it could be that I work with waitresses all day for real, so I'm used to picking up their slack! LOL.

Summer, I like them too! It's almost relaxing not to have to worry so much about chaining everything.. I let the other waitress get all the drinks and take orders, sometimes deliver the food while I just run around seating people, bringing snacks and desserts and taking the checks. It's a nice break, imo! :)

Latte, that was funny. I just find the waitress levels very annoying, because you're not in control really. On the busier levels like the disco or the ballpark, they're so fast, it's hetic keeping up with them, And as much as you try to ignore them, because you can't be in 2 places, they come along and grab an order, etc....Ugh! I must have selected the harder ones. The easiest I found is on the zoo level,, the waiter guy in blue. Other than that, they're hell on wheels. LOL

I actually feel very much in control of them, again, could be cuz I am in real life, but if you do most everything and prevent them from getting points, they will be left there to stand doing nothing. I usually set half the tables with flowers, like 6 that all in one area, that I know I can grab and seat, then I seat the first 6 tables or so in order they come in, so I can chain their orders later, then after that I dont worry that much about seating or flowers, because as it fills up, there wont be that much chance to seat until a table is cleaned....then I never get drinks or treats, let the bimbo do that, then I take all the orders, then I go stand at the counter and just wait there until 4 orders come up, keep picking up each one, so the bimbo doesnt grab them, but just stand there and wait till you have 4 so you get chaining points, then deliver them, run back if you can and get other orders, then stand at the first table about to ask for a treat, and dont let them have it...cash them out and move to next table finishing, cash them out...etc. This cheats the other server from some treat points, and leaves her with only dirty dishes to pick up, which allows you to grab customers and seat them one at a time as she clears the table, so you get more seating points, again, I seat in order, dont care about table size, etc. so I can chain the next orders, and so on and so on and so on.... Its really funny to see them just standing there. The girl in the disco even stood there with food in her hand and didnt deliver it right away, I dont know why, but it looked like some of my newbies at work, and made me laugh.

I liked these levels a lot, they weren't too hard to pass once I figured out what was going on. The best technique I have for the later levels of Flo vs. the Waitress is to get all the points you can from putting out the flowers for 100 points, bonuses for color seat matching and collecting all of the checks and tips. If you do nothing but those three things you are almost always guaranteed to win. Just camp out on the tables where the customers are about to leave to get the check. Let the waitress get all the drinks and orders, etc as those don't really give high points. Also if snacks are requested, spend your time getting those rather than an order since they are 100 points.
These same techniques help you win in multiplayer too.

Latte, thanks, I understand the basic concept of gaining points with the waitresses, I just don't enjoy it. LOL Like for example, when you seat, I'll take the first customers, then the waitress will seat like the next 4 or 5 tables waiting automatically. It happens on the Boardpark level, so right there, she's gained like an extra 500 points. I try and put out the flowers, but she'll go and seat the tables there, before I get a chance. I really miss the option like on Flo on The Go, of having a hostess. LOL

Forgot to add, since some have said, that certain waitresses are slower than some, I'd love to know which levels and which one to pick. I must have slected the harder one's! LOL Thanks!
