When the game starts put out your flowers. The first customers to arrive will be 2 seniors, 1 girl, 4 bookworms, 2 bookworms, and a family. You can start to seat the first round when the 2 bookworms arrive and you need to seat the slower people first, use the order I have listed them in. You will also need to give them the food in the same order, this will help them all keep the same pace. Once everyone is seated you can give drinks to one table, then take all the orders. You can pick up the checks right away, in any order, to give the heart meters a boost, just make sure you pass out the food in the order you sat them in. After passing out food you can give drinks again. Then give out just the checks as each table finishes, then clear all the dirty dishes. Put out your flowers and seat the next round. If people in line have really low hearts, quickly seat each one on the bench before you put them at the table, it will give them a boost. Good luck!

hi again i can pass the level with 9880 points how do i get to expert and how do i not loose customers i been chaining and colour and tryed using the bench but they go b4 i can get them on the bench been putting flowers on each round pls help ty

Same here, i can get around 10300 but I just can't seem to break the 11000 mark.  I have gotten expert on every level in the entire game except this one. :s  Gets me everytime, any tips?

I have done it the exact way you describe, however the higher score I got is around 10650, always need more points to get the expert. It seems to depend on the elephant and beeing able to use the mop in a chain.
